  • All of our items are shipped using PostNL service for local orders or UPS for international orders. Shippings costs are as follows:

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your orders tracking number. Please review our current order times in our FAQ.

    Please note that international orders may be subject to import charges and/or additional taxes or expenses. UNTITLEDrubber accepts no responsibility for the payment of any such charges, taxes or expenses.

    All orders are shipped in discrete packaging.

    Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our studio in Amsterdam. If you would like to arrange to pick up your item instead of receiving it by post, please contact us at info@untitledrubber.com prior to placing your order on our store to prevent being charged shipping costs. You will then be provided with further information on how to complete your order and how to arrange the pick-up.

  • We’re proud that all of our products are handcrafted in our Amsterdam studio. All of our products are made-to-order. This includes our ready to wear collection in addition to all made-to-measure, made-to-fit and tailored items.

    For ready to wear items, please allow 2-8 weeks for the dispatch of your order from the date you place your order.

    For made-to-measure items, allow up to 12 weeks for dispatch

    For made-to-fit and tailoring items, you will be provided with an estimated dispatch date during your initial consultation.

  • You can purchase ready to wear items directly from our website. Currently, we can except payments from Apple pay, PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.

    We only accept payment in Euros.

  • There are numerous ways to look after your rubber to keep it looking as good as new for as long as possible. Click here to look at our recommendations for how to care for your UNTITLED Rubber.

  • We use a range of latex grades, chosen specifically for each item. Check the item descriptions in our webstore to check what grade will be used for your order. If you wish to order any of our items in a different latex grade, please contact use throughout our Tailoring service.

  • UNTITLEDrubber offers an exchange service on all of our ready to wear products provided they are returned in an unused condition, have only been tried on for size, are returned in original packaging with hang tags attached, have not be polished or come into contact with any form of lubricants (except unperfumed talcum powder) and do not show any signs of damage or deterioration. If you wish to use our exchange service, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your item; after this point, we will no longer be able to offer any exchanges.

    Please note, that customers will be liable for return postage costs. Please ensure that the item is sent via recorded delivery as we can take no responsibility for any missing items.

    Our made-to-measure, made-to-fit and tailoring items are exempt from our exchange service.

    We do not offer refunds on any sales.
